*U11 TRYOUTS ARE OPEN TO YOUNGER AGES SUCH AS U10, U9, ETC.

Arrive 30 minutes prior to tryout to check-in with the required items.

Parking/Drop off:
1. Park in Lot H and follow the pathway to the entrance double doors. 
2. Drop off/ pick up in front of the Carson Center on Walnut St. No parking in this area.

Requirement Checklist (bring and/or complete by tryout date):
1.  One time tryout fee of $30
2. USAV Medical Form
3.  Copy of Birth Certificate
4.  Completed EU Tryout Participation Waiver
5.  Completed Tryout Registration
